Borage
£275.00
sold out
This pendant is engraved with some of the drawings I made of the wildflowers in the park on my walk to the studio.
I first came across Borage when it was listed by Derek Jarman in his book Modern Nature but more recently saw a stunning field of it planted on a farm to encourage bees and wildlife and now I see it growing wild in the park - happy happy… it was also used in traditional medicine.
The stone is a natural blue topaz which is *-ish* the colour of the flower.
One only.
19 inch but can be worn shorter.
Pendant hand carved and cast in recycled silver with a natural topaz.
