Shipping

All items are sent with the Royal Mail unless an alternative is discussed/ organised by the customer. Pieces from the shop are shipped within 1-3 working days(For UK next day please select Special Delivery and I will post asap).

Commission pieces will be shipped when complete which will be communicated directly with the customer- more info under ‘commission a ring’.

Standard UK orders are posted with the Royal Mail with First class Signed For which has an estimated delivery of 1-3 business days.

All International orders are sent either International Tracked with the Royal Mail or with DPD. Please allow up to 2 weeks for international postage. Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import tax or additional requirements. If you have any questions about your countries regulations please contact your local customs office.

Hilfreich Jewellery cannot be financially responsible for any items lost by any shipping companies but we will endeavour to help locate your piece where possible.

Terms and Conditions/ Return policy 

We do not accept returns on any custom jewellery as each piece is made to the customer's specification on size and design. Finger measuring tools are readily available so please be sure to measure your size correctly.

Non-commission items cannot be refunded unless they are faulty. They can be exchanged within 30 days of purchase for something else on my site or credit. Please check your finger size in advance of buying anything to avoid sizing problems. If you choose to exchange an item you will be responsible for delivery costs when sending an item back to me and for the return.
