Shipping

UK orders are either posted Royal Mail 48 Tracked & Signed or Special Delivery by 1pm next day.

International post is sent with DHL Express. The US and Canada have a second option of Royal Mail International Tracked.

Pieces from the shop are shipped within 1-2 working days of purchase [If you select Special Delivery(UK ONLY) we will post ASAP].

Customers outside the UK are responsible for any import tax. If you have any questions about your countries regulations please seek advice from your local customs office.

Hilfreich Jewellery is not financially responsible for any items lost by any shipping companies but we will endeavour to help locate your piece where possible.

Terms and Conditions/ Return policy 

We do not accept returns on any commission pieces as each piece is made to the customer's specification on size and design.

Non-commission items can be exchanged but we prefer not to refund them unless they are faulty. We are happy to exchange unworn pieces within 30 days of purchase for something else on our site or for credit. Please check your finger size in advance of buying anything to avoid issues with sizing.
